Life is full of changes, challenges, and moments of growth

This space explores what happens when reflection meets structure when business thinking and personal insight combine to create something honest, intentional, and uniquely yours.

Welcome..

This isn’t a site filled with rules or rigid systems. It’s a blog a living space for honest reflection, flexible structure, and tools that help life feel a little more aligned.

You won’t find one-size-fits-all answers here. Just stories from my own experience, things I’ve tried, things I keep returning to, and thoughts that might resonate with where you are now.

Whether you’re here for personal insights, practical methods, or one of the structured resource hubs start wherever feels right.

Take what serves you, leave what doesn’t, and know you’re always welcome to come back whether you’re exploring, evolving, or simply pausing.

  • Another Turn Around the Sun

It’s my birthday, and if you know me, you know I don’t just take the day, I take the week 🙂. Little celebrations with the people who hold me steady: a cheeky Chinese with the family, a cinema trip to enjoy new stories together, and a quiet day to decorate the house and welcome the…

Explore the Hub’s

I’ve created two distinct yet complementary resource hubs spaces that bring together the tools, reflections, and structures that have helped me live and work with more clarity and intention.

Whether you’re drawn to practical Business Analysis techniques, lifestyle frameworks, or something in between, each hub is a snapshot of what I’ve learned and what I’m still shaping as I go.

Life By Design

Explore reflection, rhythm, and personal growth where intentional living meets thoughtful structure.

The BA Hub

Explore practical tools, frameworks, and reflections where business analysis meets real-world transformation.

A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Victoria but here, I write as Tori. For most of my life, people have called me Vicky. But when I started building this space, I realised I needed a name that felt more reflective of growth, honesty, and something a little more uncensored.

I’ve spent years navigating the world of change delivery. I’m a certified business analyst with a background in IT and transformation so yes, I know my way around structure, systems, and the love of a good sticky note.

But I’ve also been navigating something just as complex: designing a life that feels more intentional.

This space brings those two worlds together the connector of people, processes, and possibilities and the introspective writer.

I write to reflect, reconnect, and reimagine. And if you’re doing the same, you’re already in the right place.

Professionally

I work as a business analyst, BCS Diploma in hand and plenty of lived experience too.

I’m fluent in frameworks, facilitation, and the gentle art of turning ambiguity into clarity.

Over the years, I’ve helped teams figure out what they’re really trying to solve and how to make it work in the real world.

It’s not just about solutions; it’s about uncovering what matters and helping people move forward.

Personally

I’m drawn to a sense of balance between structure and spontaneity, ambition and rest.

I read to understand (usually non-fiction) and watch stories to feel slow-burn dramas, character-led series, anything that stirs the imagination.

Writing helps me make sense of things; journaling brings me back to centre. I’m fascinated by how the past shapes the present and how reflection opens space for what’s possible next.

At Home

We’re a household that runs on tech full of chaos, love, and lists that never quite get done.

My husband and I have been together 24 years, raising two brilliant kids: a daughter who’s thoughtful and growing into her own, and a son bursting with energy, curiosity, and bounce (literally).

Our floppy dog mostly wants to chill out near someone. The house isn’t perfect we’ve got a list of repairs we’ve learned to laugh about but it’s home.
